Three Gujaratis Kidnapped in Ethiopia After Illegal US Journey

Three young individuals from Gujarat, Ritvik, Mayuri, and Mamta, were allegedly kidnapped in Ethiopia while attempting to travel to the US through illegal channels. Their families were contacted by kidnappers demanding a ransom of one crore rupees, with threats of organ removal if the money was not paid. The trio had informed their families they had reached Canada, but later it was revealed they were stranded in Ethiopia. The kidnappers seemed to have prior information about the individuals, calling them by name upon arrival.
