EAAA India Alternatives Raises Rs 360 Crore From Anchor Investors Ahead Of IPO

EAAA India Alternatives has successfully raised approximately Rs 360 crore from anchor investors before its initial public offering (IPO), which is set to open on October 26. The alternative investment management platform allocated over 21 lakh equity shares at Rs 1,665 each to anchor investors, including Norway’s Government Pension Fund Global and Schroders. Domestic mutual funds, such as HDFC, ICICI Prudential, and SBI Mutual Funds, also made significant contributions. The Rs 1,200-crore IPO is an offer for sale, with the company not receiving any proceeds.

EAAA इंडिया अल्टरनेटिव्स ने अपने इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (IPO) से पहले एंकर निवेशकों से लगभग ₹360 करोड़ सफलतापूर्वक जुटाए हैं, जो 26 अक्टूबर को खुलने वाला है। अल्टरनेटिव इन्वेस्टमेंट मैनेजमेंट प्लेटफॉर्म ने नॉर्वे के गवर्नमेंट पेंशन फंड ग्लोबल और श्रोडर्स सहित एंकर निवेशकों को ₹1,665 प्रति शेयर की दर से 21 लाख से अधिक इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किए। एचडीएफसी, आईसीआईसीआई प्रूडेंशियल और एसबीआई म्यूचुअल फंड जैसे डोमेस्टिक म्यूचुअल फंड्स ने भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया। ₹1,200 करोड़ का IPO एक ऑफर फॉर सेल है, जिसमें कंपनी को कोई भी पैसा नहीं मिलेगा।
