PNB to Sign Foreign Lender MoU for M&A Financing in 10-15 Days

Punjab National Bank (PNB) is preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding with a foreign lender within the next 10 to 15 days. This collaboration will focus on financing mergers and acquisitions (M&A). PNB's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ashok Chandra, stated that the bank also plans to finance at least two M&A transactions during the third quarter of the fiscal year. This initiative aims to bolster PNB's role in facilitating corporate expansion and consolidation.
