Delhi Police Files 3 FIRs Against Unidentified Individuals Over Protest Against CEC

Delhi Police has registered three First Information Reports (FIRs) against unidentified individuals in connection with protests held against CEC Gyanesh Kumar. The protests, demanding his resignation over alleged irregularities in voter list revision, took place in multiple cities including Delhi, Mumbai, and Patna. The FIRs were filed at Jantar Mantar for protesting without permission, invoking sections of the BNS related to disobedience of public servant orders and violation of prohibitory orders.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने CEC ज्ञानेंद्र कुमार के खिलाफ हुए विरोध प्रदर्शनों के संबंध में अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ तीन फर्स्ट इंफॉर्मेशन रिपोर्ट्स (FIRs) दर्ज की हैं। मतदाता सूची संशोधन में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर इस्तीफे की मांग करने वाले ये विरोध प्रदर्शन दिल्ली, मुंबई और पटना सहित कई शहरों में हुए थे। FIRs जनता सेवक के आदेशों की अवहेलना और निषेधाज्ञा आदेशों के उल्लंघन से संबंधित BNS की धाराओं के तहत जंतर मंतर पर बिना अनुमति के विरोध करने के लिए दर्ज की गईं।
