Washington Activists Support Sonam Wangchuk On Exam Row

Activists in Washington have voiced their support for Ladakhi innovator Sonam Wangchuk amidst the ongoing exam row. Wangchuk has been on a hunger strike for over 15 days, demanding constitutional safeguards for Ladakh under the Sixth Schedule. He is also protesting against alleged irregularities in recruitment exams conducted by the Ladakh Public Service Commission.

वाशिंगटन के कार्यकर्ताओं ने लद्दाख के नवाचारी सोनम वांगचुक के प्रति अपना समर्थन जताया है। वांगचुक लद्दाख को संविधान की छठी अनुसूची के तहत सुरक्षा देने की मांग को लेकर 15 दिनों से भूख हड़ताल पर हैं। वह लद्दाख पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन द्वारा आयोजित भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ भी विरोध कर रहे हैं।
