Prestige Estates Projects reported stronger-than-expected pre-sales for the September quarter, with bookings growing 20 per cent year-on-year to Rs 7,225 crore. This performance was driven by the launch of three new projects, contributing a developable area of 5.91 million square feet and a gross development value of Rs 4,020 crore. Collections remained robust at Rs 5,294 crore for the quarter, bringing the total for the first half of FY27 to Rs 10,096 crore.
