ED Attaches Rs 510 Crore Assets of Anil Ambani's Group

ED has attached assets worth Rs 510 crore belonging to Anil Ambani's Reliance group as part of an ongoing money laundering probe. The attached assets include two aircraft, land, windmills, and bank deposits. These fresh attachments are linked to bank fraud cases involving Reliance Home Finance Ltd, Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd, and Reliance Communication Ltd. The ED stated that the group companies allegedly siphoned off public funds, misused the IBC law, and diverted funds offshore.

ED ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की जांच के तहत अनिल अंबानी के Reliance ग्रुप की 510 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति जब्त की है। जब्त की गई संपत्ति में दो हवाई जहाज, जमीन, पवन चक्कियां और बैंक जमा शामिल हैं। ये नई जब्तियां Reliance Home Finance Ltd, Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd और Reliance Communication Ltd से जुड़े बैंक धोखाधड़ी के मामलों से जुड़ी हैं। ED ने कहा कि ग्रुप की कंपनियों पर कथित तौर पर जनता के पैसे का गबन करने, IBC कानून का दुरुपयोग करने और पैसे को विदेश भेजने का आरोप है।
