Uttar Pradesh's Yogi Adityanath government has approved a 30-day ad-hoc bonus for state employees for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, ahead of Diwali. This decision benefits approximately 15 lakh non-gazetted employees, including those in educational institutions, local bodies, and district panchayats. A maximum of ₹6,908 will be disbursed, with 25% paid in cash and 75% deposited into provident funds. Daily wage earners will also receive a bonus of up to ₹1,184. This move aims to provide financial relief and savings to a large segment of the state's workforce.

उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने दिवाली से पहले वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-2026 के लिए राज्य कर्मचारियों के लिए 30 दिन के तदर्थ बोनस को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस फैसले से लगभग 15 लाख राजपत्रित कर्मचारियों को लाभ होगा, जिनमें शैक्षणिक संस्थान, स्थानीय निकाय और जिला पंचायत के कर्मचारी शामिल हैं। अधिकतम ₹6,908 का भुगतान किया जाएगा, जिसमें 25% नकद और 75% भविष्य निधि में जमा किया जाएगा। दैनिक वेतन भोगियों को भी ₹1,184 तक का बोनस मिलेगा। इस कदम का उद्देश्य राज्य के कर्मचारियों के एक बड़े वर्ग को वित्तीय राहत और बचत प्रदान करना है।
