Manipal Health Enterprises has signed a 30-year lease agreement with Thakral Corporation to develop and operate a multi-specialty hospital in Gurugram. The hospital, to be built on approximately 3.5 acres, will have an initial capacity of up to 500 beds. This expansion aims to strengthen Manipal's presence in the Delhi NCR region and cater to its growing healthcare demands. The company is also exploring an integrated health and wellness ecosystem alongside the hospital.

मणिपाल हेल्थ एंटरप्राइजेज ने गुरुग्राम में एक मल्टी-स्पेशियलिटी अस्पताल बनाने और चलाने के लिए ठकराल कॉर्पोरेशन के साथ 30 साल का लीज समझौता किया है। लगभग 3.5 एकड़ में बनने वाले इस अस्पताल में शुरुआत में 500 बेड की क्षमता होगी। इस विस्तार का उद्देश्य दिल्ली एनसीआर क्षेत्र में मणिपाल की उपस्थिति को मजबूत करना और बढ़ती स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की मांगों को पूरा करना है। कंपनी अस्पताल के साथ एक एकीकृत स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र की भी तलाश कर रही है।
