US senators have unveiled a revised Russia sanctions bill, significantly reducing the proposed tariff threat on major energy buyers like India and China from 500% to 100%. The legislation aims to pressure Moscow by targeting its key oil and gas importers, its shadow fleet, and financial institutions involved in the war.

अमेरिकी सीनेटरों ने रूस पर प्रतिबंधों के लिए एक नया बिल पेश किया है। इसमें भारत और चीन जैसे बड़े ऊर्जा खरीदारों पर लगाए जाने वाले टैरिफ को 500% से घटाकर 100% कर दिया गया है। इस कानून का मकसद रूस के तेल और गैस आयातकों, उसकी शैडो फ्लीट और युद्ध में शामिल वित्तीय संस्थानों को निशाना बनाकर मॉस्को पर दबाव बनाना है।
