भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (SEBI) ने बोर्ड सदस्यों के लिए आचार संहिता को और सख्त कर दिया है। 2008 के पुराने नियमों की जगह अब विस्तृत नियम लागू होंगे। नए नियमों में निवेश, हितों के टकराव, खुलासे और सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद के आचरण पर कड़े प्रावधान हैं। इसका मकसद कॉर्पोरेट गवर्नेंस को बेहतर बनाना और वित्तीय बाजारों में जनता का भरोसा बढ़ाना है।
