Gem Granites Chairman R Veeramani Arrested Again In Suicide Abetment Case

Gem Granites chairman R Veeramani, 84, has been arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in connection with a third case. This latest arrest relates to abetting the suicide of a minor girl in 2004. Veeramani is currently facing seven cases, including six child rape allegations and one for abetting suicide. The SIT has identified 10 survivors in connection with the allegations against Veeramani and his associates. He was initially arrested for an earlier case.
