Former Solicitor General Harish Salve has criticized opposition parties for creating controversy based on newspaper reports and targeting constitutional bodies. He questioned why senior lawyers within the Congress party haven't advised their leaders that the Chief Justice does not personally hear every case. Salve emphasized that political criticism should have limits and should not involve attacking institutions like the Election Commission. He also explained that in a three-member panel, dissent should be recorded if a member disagrees, rather than claiming a unanimous decision.

पूर्व सॉलिसिटर जनरल हरिश साल्वे ने विपक्षी दलों की अखबारों की खबरों के आधार पर विवाद खड़ा करने और संवैधानिक निकायों को निशाना बनाने की आलोचना की है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि कांग्रेस पार्टी के वरिष्ठ वकील अपने नेताओं को यह सलाह क्यों नहीं देते कि मुख्य न्यायाधीश हर मामले को व्यक्तिगत रूप से नहीं सुनते हैं। साल्वे ने जोर देकर कहा कि राजनीतिक आलोचना की एक सीमा होनी चाहिए और इसमें चुनाव आयोग जैसी संस्थाओं पर हमला शामिल नहीं होना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी समझाया कि तीन-सदस्यीय पैनल में, यदि कोई सदस्य असहमत हो तो असहमति दर्ज की जानी चाहिए, न कि सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय का दावा किया जाना चाहिए।
