Tirupur Collector Orders Textile Firms To Adhere To 2025 Wage Pact

Tirupur district collector Dr Manish Narnaware has directed textile manufacturers to pay job-work powerloom owners according to the wage revision agreement of April 20, 2025. Manufacturers are instructed not to reduce rates, citing market fluctuations, and must pay the full 2022 rates without any reduction. The agreement mandates a 15% increase for Somanur variety and 10% for others over 2022 rates. The administration emphasized that neither party should alter the notified rates, regardless of market conditions, to maintain industrial peace.

तिरुपूर जिला कलेक्टर डॉ मनीष नारणवारे ने कपड़ा निर्माताओं को निर्देश दिया है कि वे जॉब-वर्क पावरलूम मालिकों को 20 अप्रैल, 2025 की वेतन संशोधन के अनुसार भुगतान करें। निर्माताओं को बाजार में उतार-चढ़ाव का हवाला देते हुए दरें कम नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया गया है, और उन्हें 2022 की पूरी दर का भुगतान बिना किसी कटौती के करना होगा। समझौते में 2022 की दरों पर सोमनूर किस्म के लिए 15% और अन्य के लिए 10% की वृद्धि अनिवार्य है। प्रशासन ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि औद्योगिक शांति बनाए रखने के लिए कोई भी पक्ष बाजार की स्थितियों की परवाह किए बिना अधिसूचित दरों में बदलाव न करे।
