Alkem Laboratories has introduced NeuCeno, an anti-seizure medication for adults with partial-onset seizures. This marks the first launch of cenobamate in India, offering a new treatment option for epilepsy. NeuCeno is a once-daily oral therapy available in various tablet strengths. It works through a unique dual mechanism to reduce seizure frequency. Clinical studies showed up to a 78% reduction in seizures and seizure freedom for up to 30% of patients.
