Karnataka Minister U.T. Khader announced that the state government will approach the Supreme Court if IndiGo, Akasa Air, and Air India Express fail to repatriate around 600 to 800 pilgrims stranded in Mecca. These pilgrims, who had booked return tickets with the airlines, are facing difficulties due to suspended services. The Minister stated that the airlines are responsible for bringing the pilgrims back, and if services do not resume within two days, a petition will be filed. The Haj Committee has arranged accommodation and food for the stranded individuals.
