The 12th BRICS Parliamentary Forum will convene in New Delhi on October 26 and 27. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla announced the event, which will focus on "fostering Parliaments for People-Centric Development." Discussions will cover institutional resilience, ethical AI, digital transformation, global governance reform, and sustainable development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to attend the forum, which will feature both bilateral and multilateral dialogues among delegates from BRICS and partner nations. India has received confirmations from most participating countries, though Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia cannot attend.
