In a shocking incident in Jamtara, Jharkhand, a husband allegedly murdered his wife after a dispute over cooking. The accused, Manoj Rajwar, reportedly first electrocuted his wife, Basanti Devi, and then attacked her with an axe. Basanti Devi was a mother of nine children. Following the brutal act, the husband attempted suicide by stabbing himself. Police have taken the accused into custody and admitted him to the hospital for treatment. The crime scene has been sealed for investigation.

झारखंड के जामताड़ा में एक चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां एक पति ने खाना बनाने को लेकर हुए विवाद के बाद अपनी पत्नी की कथित तौर पर हत्या कर दी। आरोपी मनोज राजवार ने पहले अपनी पत्नी बसंती देवी को बिजली का झटका दिया और फिर कुल्हाड़ी से हमला कर दिया। बसंती देवी नौ बच्चों की मां थीं। इस खौफनाक वारदात के बाद पति ने खुद को चाकू मारकर आत्महत्या करने की कोशिश की। पुलिस ने आरोपी को हिरासत में ले लिया है और इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया है। जांच के लिए क्राइम सीन को सील कर दिया गया है।
