Putin Places Nestle Russian Assets Under State Control

Russian President Vladimir Putin has placed the Russian assets of Swiss food giant Nestle under temporary administration through a presidential decree. The assets, including those of Nestle Russia and Nestle Kuban, have been transferred to the temporary management of Russian company L.E.V. Management. Nestle stated it is assessing the situation and its options, with a focus on its employees. The company operates six production sites in Russia, producing essential food products.
