Nishant Kumar, an IIT Guwahati graduate, has earned over $1 million in poker winnings over the past five years. After graduating in 2017, he worked in corporate jobs before discovering poker in 2020. He was drawn to the game's reward for study and decision-making, not just luck. Kumar has participated in over 6,300 online tournaments and 120 live events. He is now building a startup called Ollinlabs, described as the 'Chess.com of poker'.
