West Bengal minister Dilip Ghosh has accused the CJP of disrupting Navratri and Durga Puja festivities by organizing a Tiranga march in Delhi. Ghosh stated that political protests during religious celebrations create tension and prevent peaceful observance. The CJP's march was organized to demand the removal of the Chief Election Commissioner over alleged irregularities in electoral roll revisions. The party claims the arrests of its leaders are linked to flag-waving protests. Security has been significantly increased in New Delhi ahead of the planned march.

पश्चिम बंगाल के मंत्री दिलीप घोष ने CJP पर दिल्ली में तिरंगा मार्च निकालकर नवरात्रि और दुर्गा पूजा की खुशियों में खलल डालने का आरोप लगाया है। घोष ने कहा कि धार्मिक उत्सवों के दौरान राजनीतिक विरोध प्रदर्शन से तनाव पैदा होता है और शांतिपूर्ण आयोजन में बाधा आती है। CJP ने चुनावी सूची में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त को हटाने की मांग के लिए मार्च निकाला था। पार्टी का दावा है कि उसके नेताओं की गिरफ्तारी झंडा फहराने वाले विरोध प्रदर्शनों से जुड़ी है। नियोजित मार्च से पहले नई दिल्ली में सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है।
