Elon Musk's AI company, xAI, has filed a lawsuit against user Terry Harwood in Texas federal court. xAI alleges Harwood violated its terms of service by using its AI system to generate sexualised 'deepfakes'. This marks one of the first legal actions by an AI firm against a user for creating explicit material.
