The incident occurred, when the student accompanied the teacher to a cultural event. The accused reportedly threatened the victim with death if she revealed the assault. The girl's parents reported the incident 14 days later, leading to the teacher's arrest under the POCSO Act and other relevant laws. His bail plea was rejected, and he has been remanded to judicial custody.
