Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is allegedly using Instagram reels and messages to radicalize Indian youth aged 18 to 25. The modus operandi involves following young users, initiating conversations, and gradually drawing them into terror activities. This network, allegedly operated by Pakistan-based individuals like Shehzad Bhatti, has been linked to recent incidents including a bombing at a BSF headquarters and an attack on an RSS office. Authorities have arrested over 200 individuals across 14 states in connection with this plot.
