Minnesota River Valley Refuge Celebrates 50 Years

The Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge is celebrating 50 years of federal protection, preserving over 15,000 acres along the Minnesota River. This urban wilderness, stretching from Bloomington to Henderson, provides a vital corridor for wildlife and access to nature near the Twin Cities. A 50th anniversary event is planned for.
