External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar highlighted the historic India-Africa partnership, built on shared solidarity and a common pursuit of fairness and freedom. Speaking in Addis Ababa, he emphasized that industrialization should not be hindered by cheap goods or market restrictions. Jaishankar noted robust trade ties and India's support for over 220 projects in Africa, alongside capacity-building initiatives for thousands of students and professionals. He also pointed to growing cooperation in digital governance, space, drones, and AI, underscoring self-reliance as a foundation for the enduring relationship.

विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने ऐतिहासिक भारत-अफ्रीका साझेदारी पर प्रकाश डाला, जो साझा एकजुटता और निष्पक्षता तथा स्वतंत्रता की सामान्य खोज पर बनी है। उन्होंने अदीस अबाबा में बोलते हुए इस बात पर जोर दिया कि औद्योगीकरण को सस्ते माल या बाजार प्रतिबंधों से बाधित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। जयशंकर ने मजबूत व्यापारिक संबंधों और अफ्रीका में 220 से अधिक परियोजनाओं के लिए भारत के समर्थन के साथ-साथ हजारों छात्रों और पेशेवरों के लिए क्षमता-निर्माण पहलों का उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने डिजिटल शासन, अंतरिक्ष, ड्रोन और AI में बढ़ते सहयोग की ओर भी इशारा किया, जो स्थायी संबंध की नींव के रूप में आत्मनिर्भरता को रेखांकित करता है।
