Framed Wife Walks Free in Father-in-Law Murder

Shalu Minocha has been released from jail after a court accepted a police closure report clearing her in the murder of her father-in-law, Vineet Minocha. Initially implicated by alleged accomplices of the victim's son, Subrat, Shalu was granted bail on a ₹50,000 personal bond. Police investigations later revealed she was falsely accused by her husband, Subrat, who allegedly masterminded the murder. Shalu will now go to her parental home in Lucknow.

शालू मनोचा को अदालत द्वारा उसके ससुर, विनीत मनोचा की हत्या में उसे बरी करने वाली पुलिस क्लोजर रिपोर्ट स्वीकार करने के बाद जेल से रिहा कर दिया गया है। पीड़ित के बेटे, सुब्रत के कथित सहयोगियों द्वारा शुरू में फंसाए जाने के बाद, शालू को ₹50,000 के व्यक्तिगत बॉन्ड पर जमानत दी गई थी। पुलिस की जांच में बाद में पता चला कि उसे उसके पति, सुब्रत ने झूठा फंसाया था, जिसने कथित तौर पर हत्या की साजिश रची थी। शालू अब लखनऊ में अपने माता-पिता के घर जाएगी।
