Vantrock Real Assets अगले चार सालों में भारत के प्रमुख शहरों में इंडस्ट्रियल, लॉजिस्टिक्स और वेयरहाउसिंग पार्क बनाने के लिए ₹3,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा का निवेश करने की योजना बना रहा है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य 11.5 मिलियन वर्ग फुट विकसित करना है, जिसमें शुरुआती ध्यान Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru और Pune पर रहेगा। यह विस्तार ई-कॉमर्स, लाइट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और थर्ड-पार्टी लॉजिस्टिक्स फर्मों की मजबूत मांग से प्रेरित है। Vantrock मौजूदा बाजार की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए इनफिल जमीन खरीदेगा और मौजूदा ढांचों को ग्रेड-ए मानकों के अनुसार रेनोवेट करेगा।
