PhD Student Honoured For Social Work By President

Mohd Firdoos, a PhD student pursuing studies in horticulture, has been honoured by President Droupadi Murmu with the MY Bharat-NSS Award for 2022-23. Firdoos was among 30 NSS volunteers nationwide to receive this prestigious award in October 2025. His extensive social work includes providing free coaching and stationery to rural children, participating in blood donation and health camps, and planting over 2,450 saplings.

पीएच.डी. छात्र को राष्ट्रपति ने सामाजिक कार्य के लिए किया सम्मानित

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने पीएचडी छात्र मोहम्मद फ़िरदौस को 2022-23 के लिए MY Bharat-NSS अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया है। फ़िरदौस देश भर के 30 NSS वॉलंटियर्स में से एक थे जिन्हें यह प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार मिला। उन्होंने ग्रामीण बच्चों को मुफ्त कोचिंग और स्टेशनरी दी, रक्तदान शिविरों में भाग लिया और 2,450 से ज़्यादा पेड़ लगाए।
