Hero MotoCorp Q2 Profit Surges 41% Driven by Strong Scooter and EV Sales

Hero MotoCorp reported a significant 41% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the second quarter, reaching Rs 1,860.55 crore. Revenue from operations grew by 23% to Rs 14,970.50 crore, fueled by a substantial 47% surge in scooter sales and robust growth in its electric vehicle brand, VIDA. The company also saw a 10% overall increase in motorcycle and scooter sales. This strong performance was supported by contributions from the 100cc motorcycle segment and expansion into new international markets like Germany.

हीरो मोटोकॉर्प ने दूसरी तिमाही में कंसोलिडेटेड नेट प्रॉफिट में साल-दर-साल 41% की बड़ी बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की है, जो 1,860.55 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच गया। ऑपरेशंस से रेवेन्यू 23% बढ़कर 14,970.50 करोड़ रुपये हो गया, जिसका मुख्य कारण स्कूटर की बिक्री में 47% की जबरदस्त उछाल और उनके इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल ब्रांड VIDA की मजबूत ग्रोथ रही। कंपनी ने मोटरसाइकिल और स्कूटर की कुल बिक्री में भी 10% की बढ़ोतरी देखी। 100cc मोटरसाइकिल सेगमेंट का योगदान और जर्मनी जैसे नए अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में विस्तार ने भी इस मजबूत प्रदर्शन को सहारा दिया।
