Heavy rain and gusty winds forced the cancellation of Thursday evening's concert at Yuva Dasara, leaving many fans disappointed. The downpour also caused traffic congestion around the venue. Despite continued light to moderate rain on Friday, music lovers thronged the venue for the 'Sandalwood Night' featuring Kannada film industry singers, including Chandan Shetty. Organizers decided to proceed only with the 'Sandalwood Night' programme due to the weather forecast, cancelling a filler event. Many attendees came prepared with umbrellas to enjoy the performances.
