Subhash Chandra Challenges NCLT Asset Restraint Order

Zee Group founder Subhash Chandra has challenged a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order that prevents him from selling his assets. The NCLT order was issued during proceedings for his proposed ₹6.25-crore repayment plan. Chandra argues the NCLT's five-member bench exceeded its jurisdiction. He is contesting the restraint on alienating any assets and the decision to seek fresh replies. The dispute stems from personal insolvency proceedings initiated against him.

जी ग्रुप के फाउंडर सुभाष चंद्रा ने NCLT के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी है, जिसमें उन्हें अपनी संपत्ति बेचने से रोका गया है। यह आदेश ₹6.25 करोड़ की रीपेमेंट प्लान पर चल रही सुनवाई के दौरान आया था। चंद्रा का कहना है कि NCLT की पांच सदस्यीय बेंच ने अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र का उल्लंघन किया है। वे किसी भी संपत्ति को बेचने पर लगी रोक और नए जवाब मांगने के फैसले का विरोध कर रहे हैं।
