India's exports to the Asean region have surged by 56% in the first five months of the fiscal year, making it the fastest-growing destination. This growth is primarily driven by a significant increase in oil product shipments, particularly to Singapore, which accounted for nearly three-fourths of the over $6.1 billion in petro product exports. Other contributing factors include a substantial rise in computer hardware, electric machinery, and buffalo meat exports.
