Mohammad Rizwan's Legal Battle Sees Setback

The Lahore High Court has dismissed a petition filed by cricketer Mohammad Rizwan challenging notices from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). Rizwan's lawyer argued that his mobile phone was confiscated without a proper notice after the Lord's Test. The court advised Rizwan to respond to the notice. The NCCIA is conducting a forensic examination of phones taken from Rizwan and Imam-ul-Haq, with findings to be submitted to the Pakistan Cricket Board next week.

मोहम्मद रिज़वान के कानूनी मामले को झटका

लाहौर हाई कोर्ट ने क्रिकेटर मोहम्मद रिज़वान की याचिका खारिज कर दी है। उन्होंने नेशनल साइबर क्राइम इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (NCCIA) के नोटिस को चुनौती दी थी। रिज़वान के वकील ने कहा कि लॉर्ड्स टेस्ट के बाद बिना ठीक से नोटिस दिए उनका मोबाइल फोन जब्त कर लिया गया था। कोर्ट ने रिज़वान को नोटिस का जवाब देने को कहा है। NCCIA, रिज़वान और इमाम-उल-हक के फोन की फोरेंसिक जांच कर रहा है।
