हैदराबाद के चेंगीचेरला गांव में एंडोमेंट की करीब 10 एकड़ जमीन पर अतिक्रमण हो गया है, जिसकी कीमत 100 करोड़ रुपये है। एंडोमेंट विभाग 30 एकड़ की जमीन को घेरने और उसकी सीमा तय करने में नाकाम रहा, जिससे यह नुकसान हुआ। जमीन के रिकॉर्ड और गांव के नक्शे में गड़बड़ी होने से मामला और उलझ गया है, और अब विवादित जमीन पर निर्माण भी हो गए हैं। एक कोर्ट स्टे के कारण एक विस्तृत सर्वे नहीं हो पा रहा है, जिससे अंतिम सीमा तय नहीं हो पा रही है, जबकि जिला अधिकारियों और एंडोमेंट कमिश्नर से शिकायतें की गई हैं।
