ISU has once again refused to grant neutral status to Russian figure skating pair Alexandra Stepanova and Ivan Bukin. The duo had previously appealed the ISU's decision. Neutral status is a mandatory requirement for athletes to compete in international tournaments. This latest denial means Stepanova and Bukin will likely be unable to participate in upcoming global competitions.
