Kerala Minister Vows Global-Standard Jobs and Courses in Animal Husbandry Sector

Kerala's Minister for Animal Husbandry, Bindu Krishna, announced the state's commitment to providing international-standard employment and educational opportunities within the animal husbandry sector. She inaugurated a renovated rabies diagnostic centre and new women's hostels at the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) in Pookode. The government plans to promote research through integrated courses and support KVASU's development and students' progress. The Minister also urged students to actively oppose drug abuse and prioritize mental health alongside academic pursuits.

केरल की पशुपालन मंत्री बिंदु कृष्णा ने पशुपालन क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के रोजगार और शैक्षिक अवसर प्रदान करने की राज्य की प्रतिबद्धता की घोषणा की। उन्होंने पूकोडे में केरल पशु चिकित्सा और पशु विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय (KVASU) में एक नवीनीकृत रेबीज डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर और नए महिला छात्रावासों का उद्घाटन किया। सरकार एकीकृत पाठ्यक्रमों के माध्यम से अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने और KVASU के विकास और छात्रों की प्रगति का समर्थन करने की योजना बना रही है। मंत्री ने छात्रों से नशीली दवाओं के दुरुपयोग का सक्रिय रूप से विरोध करने और शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों के साथ-साथ मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता देने का आग्रह किया।
