सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जयपुर मेट्रो रेल डिपो के लिए ज़मीन अधिग्रहण को हरी झंडी दे दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि जिन ज़मीन मालिकों ने सुनवाई में हिस्सा नहीं लिया, वे बाद में यह नहीं कह सकते कि उन्हें सुना नहीं गया। कोर्ट के मुताबिक, 1894 के कानून के तहत सुनवाई में पेश न होने और आपत्ति न जताने से वे अब दावा नहीं कर सकते। अधिकारियों ने ज़्यादातर प्रक्रियाएं ठीक से पूरी की थीं।
