Hindustan Times · sports

Yuvraj Sandhu dramatically made the cut at the DP World India Championship after a remarkable seven-birdie surge in his final 10 holes. Despite an early stumble with three bogeys, the 29-year-old golfer's impressive performance propelled him to one-under for the tournament. This strong showing, including a 4-under second round, is a rare display of birdie blitzing by an Indian golfer in recent seasons. Several Major winners, including Rory McIlroy, also successfully navigated the cut, with the second round completion delayed by rain.
