NCP Delegation Demands Finance Ministry, Rules Out Other Options

NCP delegation met with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to demand the Finance Ministry. Senior NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal stated that the party requires only the Finance Ministry and will not accept any alternatives. The ministry was previously held by Ajit Pawar, who passed away in a plane crash in January. Since then, CM Fadnavis has been handling the department's responsibilities. Bhujbal also dismissed speculation about cabinet reshuffles and the merger of NCP factions, asserting that such matters are closed.

एनसीपी के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस से मिलकर वित्त मंत्रालय की मांग की। एनसीपी के वरिष्ठ नेता छगन भुजबल ने कहा कि पार्टी को केवल वित्त मंत्रालय चाहिए और वह कोई दूसरा विकल्प स्वीकार नहीं करेगी। यह मंत्रालय पहले अजित पवार के पास था, जिनका जनवरी में एक विमान दुर्घटना में निधन हो गया था। तब से सीएम फडणवीस ही विभाग की जिम्मेदारियां संभाल रहे थे। भुजबल ने कैबिनेट फेरबदल और एनसीपी गुटों के विलय की अटकलों को भी खारिज कर दिया और कहा कि ऐसे मामले बंद हो चुके हैं।
