Hackers Claim Access to 3.75 Lakh SBI Customer Accounts

An anonymous hacker group, 'Siriusim', claims to have accessed confidential data of 3.75 lakh SBI customers. Cybersecurity firm CyberPulse56 reported that the alleged breach includes personal information, loan applications, and account-opening documents. While the authenticity of the claims is unverified, the group stated this is the first disclosure of the dataset. If legitimate, the compromised data could lead to identity theft, financial fraud, and targeted phishing attacks against customers. SBI had not immediately responded to inquiries regarding the alleged breach.
