Supreme Court Clarifies No Final Decision Made on Form-6

It was also noted that a new Form-6 was not available during the Bihar SIR period.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ किया, फॉर्म-6 पर कोई अंतिम फैसला नहीं हुआ

भारत के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चुनाव आयोग के फॉर्म-6 पर अपना रुख साफ कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि उसने कोई अंतिम फैसला नहीं लिया है, न ही फॉर्म को मंजूरी दी है और न ही खारिज किया है। यह स्पष्टीकरण फॉर्म-6 के भविष्य को लेकर चल रही अटकलों के बीच आया है, जिससे अनिश्चितता पैदा हो गई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि फॉर्म-6 के संबंध में कोई निर्णायक फैसला नहीं लिया गया है। यह भी बताया गया कि बिहार SIR अवधि के दौरान नया फॉर्म-6 उपलब्ध नहीं था।
