South Africa has climbed to the second position in the World Test Championship 2025-27 points table following their 2-1 series victory over Australia. Australia has consequently dropped to third place in the standings. This shift occurred after South Africa secured a 176-run win in the third Test, reversing their earlier loss in the series. New Zealand now occupies the top spot in the WTC points table, benefiting from Australia's slip in points percentage.
