Vijay Mallya Alleges Injustice, Cites ED Affidavit

Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya has alleged "injustice" amid ongoing cases against him. He referenced an Enforcement Directorate affidavit submitted to the Bombay High Court. The ED reportedly admitted recovering Rs 14,000 crore from Mallya. This amount was then paid to banks to whom Mallya owed money. Mallya's statement suggests a perceived unfairness in the legal proceedings and asset recovery process.

भगोड़े कारोबारी विजय माल्या ने अपने खिलाफ चल रहे मामलों के बीच "अन्याय" का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में ED द्वारा पेश किए गए एक हलफनामे का जिक्र किया। रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक, ED ने माल्या से 14,000 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली स्वीकार की। यह रकम उन बैंकों को चुका दी गई थी जिनका माल्या पर कर्ज था। माल्या के बयान से कानूनी कार्यवाही और संपत्ति वसूली प्रक्रिया में कथित अनुचितता का संकेत मिलता है।
