Newborn Remains Found on Hospital Campus; FIR Against 8

Palamu police have registered an FIR against eight individuals, including a private hospital operator, doctors, and an MMCH technician, after a newborn's remains were found on the Medinirai Medical College and Hospital campus. The incident gained public attention when a stray dog was seen carrying the remains. The case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, POCSO Act, PCPNDT Act, and Clinical Establishments Act.

मेदिनीराय मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल परिसर में नवजात के शव मिलने के बाद पलामू पुलिस ने एक निजी अस्पताल संचालक, डॉक्टरों और एक MMCH तकनीशियन सहित आठ लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है। यह मामला तब सामने आया जब एक आवारा कुत्ते को शव के अवशेष ले जाते हुए देखा गया। भारतीय न्याय संहिता, POCSO अधिनियम, PCPNDT अधिनियम और क्लिनिकल एस्टेब्लिशमेंट्स अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
