Thousands Bid Adieu To Lord Ganesha In Hubballi

Thousands of people gathered in Hubballi on Friday to witness the grand immersion processions of Ganesha idols, marking the end of 12-day festivities. Devotees participated with religious fervour in final rituals and bid farewell to the elephant god. Large idols, measuring around 25 feet, were taken out in colourful processions. Despite ongoing road work, authorities ensured smooth passage for the idols on an alternate route. Members of the Muslim community also welcomed the processions, showcasing communal harmony.

शुक्रवार को हुबली में हज़ारों लोग गणेश प्रतिमाओं के भव्य विसर्जन जुलूस देखने के लिए इकट्ठा हुए। 12 दिन के उत्सव का यह समापन था। भक्तों ने पूरे जोश के साथ अंतिम अनुष्ठान में भाग लिया और हाथी देवता को विदाई दी। करीब 25 फीट की बड़ी प्रतिमाओं को रंगीन जुलूसों में निकाला गया। सड़क का काम चलने के बावजूद, अधिकारियों ने वैकल्पिक मार्ग से प्रतिमाओं के लिए सुगम मार्ग सुनिश्चित किया। मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों ने भी जुलूसों का स्वागत कर सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव दिखाया।
