Congress Workers Vandalise BJP Office Over Pakistan Remark

Congress workers vandalised the BJP office in Ajmer, Rajasthan, on Saturday to protest against state BJP president Madan Rathore's remarks about Pakistan. Protesters smeared posters with black ink, wrote slogans on walls, and burnt Rathore's posters, replacing them with Youth Congress flags. The demonstration followed Rathore's statement that he would support Pakistan if it played against the US, as Pakistan is India's neighbour. Youth Congress coordinator Mohit Malhotra accused Rathore of supporting Pakistan, stating he should move there if he felt that way.

राजस्थान के अजमेर में शनिवार को कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने पाकिस्तान पर राज्य बीजेपी अध्यक्ष मदन राठौर की टिप्पणी के विरोध में बीजेपी दफ्तर में तोड़फोड़ की। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पोस्टरों पर कालिख पोती, दीवारों पर नारे लिखे और राठौर के पोस्टरों को जलाकर उनकी जगह यूथ कांग्रेस के झंडे लगा दिए। यह प्रदर्शन राठौर के उस बयान के बाद हुआ जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि अगर पाकिस्तान अमेरिका के खिलाफ खेलेगा तो वह उसका समर्थन करेंगे, क्योंकि पाकिस्तान भारत का पड़ोसी है। यूथ कांग्रेस के समन्वयक मोहित मल्होत्रा ने राठौर पर पाकिस्तान का समर्थन करने का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि अगर उनकी ऐसी भावना है तो उन्हें वहीं चले जाना चाहिए।
