Times of India · sports

Tiger Woods' participation in the upcoming Hero World Challenge, which he hosts in the Bahamas from December 3-6, remains uncertain due to ongoing health concerns. While three exemption spots are still open, Woods has not competed professionally since missing the cut at the 2024 Open Championship. His recovery has faced setbacks, including a ruptured Achilles tendon and disc replacement surgery. Recent activity like hitting balls at a clinic offers signs of progress, but his readiness for tournament golf is yet to be confirmed.
