Lemon Tree Hotels, through its subsidiary Fleur Hotels, has acquired a land parcel in Bandra (East), Mumbai, to develop a new hotel under the Lemon Tree Premier brand. The proposed upscale property will feature approximately 172 keys and offer various amenities. This acquisition marks Lemon Tree Hotels' seventh property in Mumbai, strengthening its presence in India's commercial capital. The new hotel aims to cater to the growing demand from business travelers, MICE, and leisure segments in the city.
