An amateur cricketer in England has received a two-year ban following a cheating scandal that was captured on video. The incident occurred in July when a video revealed a fielder simulating the sound of a bat hitting a ball by clicking his fingers. This action was intended to deceive the umpire into believing a batsman was out. The ban highlights the seriousness with which such unsportsmanlike conduct is treated in the sport, aiming to uphold fair play and the integrity of the game.
